About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and contribute to smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist in preparing reports for management and auditors.
Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial data entry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
