Accounts Assistant

About Us

Cerulean Enviro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing water and wastewater treatment company engaged in the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of STP, ETP, RO, and Water Treatment Plants. We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales invoices and purchase entries

• Payment follow-up with customers

• Bank reconciliation

• Tally accounting entries

• GST and TDS accounting and related compliance

• Maintaining field service records and documentation

• Vendor payment processing and reconciliation

• Accounts receivable and payable management

• Maintaining financial records and supporting documents

• Assisting in monthly and yearly account closing

• Other accounts and office-related activities as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or equivalent

• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Female candidates will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
