Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will handle billing, cash transactions, customer payments, and support smooth front-desk operations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle cash, UPI, card, and online payment transactions accurately.
Generate customer bills and issue receipts.
Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff regarding customer orders.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized.
Maintain records of daily sales and report discrepancies to management.
Support restaurant operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
1-2 years of cashier or billing experience in a restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality industry.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS software.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
