Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including purchases, sales, and expenses.
• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment schedules.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
• Maintain and update stock records, track inventory levels, and coordinate with production and store teams.
• Support payroll and statutory compliance processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth accounting and inventory operations. Requirements
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Knowledge of stock/inventory management is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
