Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies

Experience & Skills Required

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally & Busywin preferred)
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
