Accounts Assistant

We need a friendly and responsible person who knows basic Tally Prime and can help with day-to-day accounting and office work.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting Work:

• Make sales invoices in Tally Prime

• Create journal entries

• Enter purchase bills etc...

• Keep records of material inward and outward in our software

Operational Work:

• Answer customer phone calls and help solve their problems

• Write and reply to emails clearly and politely

• Help with other office tasks as needed

🗣️ Language Skills:

• Must know Gujarati, Hindi, and English

• Should be able to talk to customers and write emails.

🎓 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime

• Good communication skills

• Able to use a computer and write emails

• Ready to learn and help with different types of work
