Role Overview
The Accounts Assistant & Admin will support day-to-day accounting activities along with office administration and coordination. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-Accounts & Finance Support
Preparing and verifying invoices, bills, and vouchers
Maintaining expense statements and supporting cost control
Recording day-to-day transactions and updating accounting records (Excel / accounting software)
Assisting with vendor payments, reimbursements, and basic reconciliations
Supporting GST-related documentation and coordination with the accountant
Maintaining proper financial records and filing for audits and compliance
-Administrative & Office Support
Managing office administration and daily operations
Coordinating with vendors for office supplies and services
Handling courier coordination, dispatches, and inward/outward registers
Managing travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements
Maintaining employee records, files, and official documentation
Coordinating with external agencies such as banks, courier partners, and service providers
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Clear communication and coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
1–2 years of experience in accounts or administrative roles
Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP)
