As an Accounts Executive, the individual is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries regularly

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Maintain petty cash and monitor expense records

• Process reimbursements and employee expense claims

• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies

• Help prepare financial reports and MIS as required

• Maintain vendor and customer ledger accounts

• Process employee salaries and handle statutory deductions

• Enter and update accounting data in Tally or ERP software

• Coordinate with banks, clients, and vendors for account-related queries

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies

• Assist senior accountants and finance managers with financial operations

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and reports

• Support inventory and fixed asset accounting

• Stay updated with applicable financial regulations and accounting practices
