Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Okhla Ph-2, Delhi
Experience: 2–5 years
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, compliance, and financial documentation. The role requires hands-on experience with accounting entries, reconciliations, and basic statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and pass daily accounting entries

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements

• Manage expense claims, vendor payments, and invoicing

• Assist in GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, documentation)

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams as required

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

• Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software

• Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliances

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Exposure to payroll support and MIS reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills
