Role Overview
The Accounts & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and office/site administration across Wabsus’ EPC projects, manufacturing units (FabTek), and service operations.
This role requires strong coordination between finance, operations, HR, and project teams to ensure smooth business functioning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
A. Accounts & Finance
Maintain books of accounts in Tally / ERP
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Process vendor bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
Manage TDS, PF, ESI calculations and statutory filings
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank balances
Track project-wise costing, WIP, and profitability
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits
B. Administration & Operations Support
Manage office and site administration activities
Handle vendor coordination (stationery, transport, housekeeping, rentals)
Maintain asset registers, inventory records, and gate entries
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site logistics
Support procurement documentation, PO tracking, and GRNs
Liaise with local authorities, landlords, and service providers
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and compliance norms
C. HR & Manpower Coordination
Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower records
Support onboarding documentation and exit formalities
Coordinate manpower deployment at project sites
Assist with payroll inputs and compliance documentation
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance
Experience in EPC / construction / manufacturing environments
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems
Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in project-driven setups
Qualification & Experience
B.Com / M.Com / Graduate (CA Inter preferred)
3–6 years experience in Accounts + Admin roles within EPC / Manufacturing / Infrastructure companies
