Key Responsibilities:
Software Data Entry & Cataloging:
Create and maintain inventory item masters in our accounting software using unique design numbers, SKU codes, color variants, and size matrixes for kids' wear.
Generate, track, and close formal Purchase Orders (POs) for raw fabrics, trims, and packaging material based on management requirements.

Billing & Revenue Management:
Generate accurate retail and wholesale commercial invoices, debit/credit notes, and delivery bills through the accounting system.
Reconcile multi-channel billing entries from e-commerce platforms and physical sales registers, factoring in discounts and platform fees.
Account for sales returns and exchanges, ensuring that returned merchandise is properly reintegrated into stock or marked out under corresponding design numbers.
Oversee the Accounts Receivable ledger, tracking overdue bills and coordinating payment follow-ups with wholesale clients.
Basic Accounting & Reconciliations:
Post daily bookkeeping journal entries for business expenses, cash sales, and banking transactions.
Reconcile supplier ledgers regularly against purchase orders to settle vendor balances accurately.
Prepare monthly basic accounts statements, tracking total sales and returns filtered by product design numbers to identify top-performing styles.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience working as a billing executive or accounts clerk, ideally within apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
High proficiency in accounting systems and inventory modules (such as Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or custom retail ERPs).
Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing data sheets and product lists.
Sharp attention to detail with alphanumeric entry, ensuring zero errors when typing design numbers, tax codes, and pricing figures.
