Job Summary:

The Accounts and Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, handling taxation and compliance, and assisting in financial planning and analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external/internal auditors.

• Process payroll, expense reimbursements, and vendor payments.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Support management in financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

• Assist in investment, fund management, and other finance-related tasks as assigned.
