Job Description

Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
- Regularly update and reconcile fixed assets records.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in variance analysis for financial reports to track budget versus actual performance.
Cash Flow & Reconciliation:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of cash flow records.
- Monitor daily cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity for operations.
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation and submission of statutory filings and tax returns.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary financial documentation.
Process Improvement & Support:
- Identify and suggest improvements to accounting processes for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
- Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
