
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Duties
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements
Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
Assist in audits and financial reporting
Monitor expenses and prepare MIS reports
Administrative Duties
Oversee office administration and facility management
Maintain vendor records and coordinate with service providers
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory
Maintain employee records and attendance data
Support HR and management with documentation and reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office logistics
