Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting entries, payments, expenses, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting practices, Excel, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

• Manage vendor payments, invoices, bills, and expense records.

• Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Track company expenses, advances, and outstanding payments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding bills and payments.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial compliance.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation as required.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Candidates with knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Excel will be preferred.

• Must be willing to work from the Bhopal office.

Salary: As per experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
