Job Overview StoryExperiences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Associate to manage its daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Zoho Books (preferred) and be capable of handling vendor payments, client invoicing, statutory compliance, and real-time event-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping - Maintain day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and vouchers
- Bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Billing & Payments - Prepare and track client invoices
- Manage vendor payments and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure timely TDS deduction and GST input compliance

Tax & Compliance - File monthly GST and TDS returns
- Handle statutory payments and coordinate for audits
- Ensure 15CA/CB compliance for foreign remittances

Budgeting & Reporting - Prepare event-wise budgets and expense tracking
- Assist in monthly P&L and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with the events team for budget forecasts

Documentation & Coordination - Maintain records of vendor contracts, POs, invoices
- Effective email communication with vendors, clients, and consultants
- Generate MIS reports and assist with audit data

Required Skills & Qualifications - B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter/Semi-qualified
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting & finance (event/media/service industry preferred)
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, 15CA/CB process
- Excellent written and email communication skills
