Accounts And Finance Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, with strong exposure to import-export accounting, inventory control, costing, and statutory compliance. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, profitability analysis, and smooth coordination with banks, auditors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage complete accounting cycle up to finalization of accounts

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

Import & Export Accounting

• Handle accounting of import purchases and export sales

• Manage Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and foreign remittances

• Account for customs duty, freight, clearing charges, and other import costs

• Monitor foreign exchange transactions and forex gain/loss accounting

Inventory & Costing

• Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation

• Work closely with stores and production teams for stock verification

• Calculate product costing (including landed cost of imported goods)

• Analyze gross margin and profitability reports

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST / VAT / TDS / Income Tax returns

• Maintain statutory compliance as per applicable laws

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables

• Follow up on outstanding payments

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise junior accounting staff

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and management

• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
