Maintain and update AR reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and

completeness.

 Investigate discrepancies in invoices, payments, or AR balances and work with

internal teams to resolve.

 Ensure all billing documentation and approvals are complete before submission.

 Prepare and circulate regular AR dashboards, MIS reports, and collection status

updates for management.

 Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations as required.
