Overview:

OxygenAuto is a government-registered vehicle scrapping company, recognized for its environmentally responsible and legally compliant recycling of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs). As part of India’s national vehicle scrappage policy, we work in line with the Government’s mission to eliminate old, polluting, and unsafe vehicles from the roads, contributing to cleaner air and improved road safety.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. This role plays a crucial part in managing financial records, maintaining compliance, handling accounting operations, and ensuring smooth financial coordination within the organization.

What the Government Wants from Us:

As a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF), the government expects us to:

•  Ensure proper dismantling, de-pollution, and disposal of old vehicles.

•  Maintain transparency, legal documentation, and traceability in all operational and financial processes.

•  Contribute to the national goal of reducing vehicular pollution and improving road safety.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.

•  Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.

•  Prepare GST invoices, E-way bills, and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.

•  Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.

•  Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

•  Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial documentation.

•  Maintain proper records of employee reimbursements and payroll support.

•  Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

•  Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience:

•  Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com preferred).

•  1 – 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.

•  Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

•  Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance.

•  Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

•  Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data.
