Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.

- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payment records.

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.

- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.

- Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.

- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with audit processes and financial controls.

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
