Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing
Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation
Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Support budgeting and expense tracking
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc. in India)
Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Excel)
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax rules
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
