Accounts And Finance Executive

MTI Globex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting management with financial insights. Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation), input tax credit, and audits

• Manage TDS compliance including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns

• Maintain and review books of accounts on a regular basis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage banking activities, bank reconciliations, and cash flow

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure timely closing of accounts

• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

• Prepare financial MIS reports for management

• Monitor expenses and support budgeting and forecasting

• Handle ledger scrutiny and audit support

• Ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with Freshers.
