Accounts And Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance with tax and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting

• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other applicable tax regulations

• Perform daily accounting tasks and reconciliations

• Prepare management reports

• Support internal audits and external financial reviews

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial clarity and support

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, and payroll processes

• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel

• Familiarity with tax regulations (TDS, GST) and audit procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
