Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Compliance

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely closure of monthly and quarterly accounts

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

  • Maintain proper documentation and financial records

  • Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting

  • Manage GST compliance: filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and coordination with consultants.

  • Support audits (statutory, internal, donor/project audits) and respond to queries.
