Job Description

We are looking for a Department Manager-Accounts to join our team at Infiniti Retail Limited (CROMA). The role involves managing financial transactions & reconciliation of the store, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure all customer billing is carried out in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures.
Verify that all payment transactions (cash, card, UPI, wallet, finance, etc.) are correctly processed and recorded.
Maintain complete and accurate records of invoices, payment receipts, settlement reports, declarations, and supporting documents.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and readily available for audit.
Maintain statutory and internal records as prescribed.

Key Skills

Knowledge of accounting principles and retail finance.
Proficiency in SAP/MPOS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
