An Account Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
