Greenspace Herbs is a rapidly growing organization specializing in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Personal Care, and Wellness products. We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain accounting records and vouchers in Tally ERP.

● Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

● Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

● Manage petty cash and daily cash transactions.

● Assist with vendor payments and customer receivables.

● Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

● Maintain GST-related documentation and support statutory compliance.

● Assist in monthly book closing and MIS reporting.

● Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related documentation.

● Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

● Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.

● Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

● Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

● Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Preferred

● Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Herbal, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Personal Care industries will be an added advantage.
