Accounts And Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of transportation data.

• Verify the inward register with GRN on ERP and highlight any discrepancies.

• Perform vendor and cash reconciliations.

• Maintain bills and supporting documents against expenses.

• Handle invoice booking, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare and maintain regular reports.

• Manage the biometric device at Bidadi — including registering new workers.

• Collect KYC documents for new joiners at Bidadi and share soft copies with HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Preferred Immediate Joiner.

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

• Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is advantageous.

• Experience with data analysis and financial modelling is a plus.
