FDESK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, GST and income tax compliances, TDS, and preparing accurate financial reports while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax laws.

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping including payments, receipts, deposits, expenses, and journal entries
Handle accounting entries and records using Tally / Zoho Books
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely closure of books
Manage GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconciliations
Handle Income Tax and TDS compliances including deductions, returns, and related workings
Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations
Assist in audit processes and maintain proper documentation
Analyze financial data to provide insights into liquidity, profitability, and financial health of the company
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting and compliance-related matters
Graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
Strong working knowledge of:
Bookkeeping & Accounting
GST, Income Tax & TDS
Tally, Zoho Books
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
Good understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Additional certifications (CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or relevant courses) will be an added advantage.
