2. Preparation of reconciliation statement to match the data in books of accounts tally and actual returns filed
3. Coordination with CA office and lawyers for filing accurate and timely returns and compliances
4. Prepare and guide accounts team member in such a way so that they can do proper tax planning
5. Keeping the company and yourself updated with the changes in laws
6. Understand the law and to be proactive with applicable changes in laws
7. Assess The impact of relevant changes in laws on the company and prepare a document to understand and educate all team members in respect of changes
8. Be in constant touch with digital portals like clear tax, CA office and the lawyers to be updated with timely amendment laws
