Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closings.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll transactions.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial professionals.

• Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, CMA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software - Tally and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
