Accounts And Finance Executive

We are looking for an Accountant Executive to join our team at RND Automation Private Ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and budget forecasts.

Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings (Tax, PF, ESIC, GST, etc.).

Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Prepare weekly cash flow statements and control expenditure.

Manage Account Payable function and supervise daily accounting activities.

Handle C-form collection from customers and prepare monthly GST working.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (BCom) with 5–7 years of experience in accounting/finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good interpersonal and coordination abilities. Experience in managing multiple entities and financial reporting is a plus.
