Job Description

Prepare and generate sales invoices and purchase invoices accurately and timely
Record and maintain all types of expense entries in accounting software
Manage and post bank entries in Tally Prime
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
Handle debtors and creditors reconciliation
Maintain accurate records for e-commerce accounting transactions
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Maintain manual bank entry registers with clear handwriting and structured format

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime Software
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
Familiarity with GST (Goods and Services Tax) basics
Basic understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
