Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Manage sales and purchase entries
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Handle bank reconciliation and cash records
Maintain accounts payable and receivable
Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance
Maintain proper financial records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com preferred)
Basic accounting knowledge
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, Purchase Order, Vendor coordination
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of GST and taxation

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Basic Excel skills
Good communication and record-keeping ability
