Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and receipts.

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Monitor and track inventory and raw material costs in coordination with the production department.

• Prepare financial reports and assist in budget forecasting.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

• E-Bay bills making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and taxation.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong MS Excel skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cost accounting or inventory accounting.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
