The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting related to logistics operations. The role requires coordination with operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control and compliance.
Handling day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and bookkeeping
Preparing and processing customer invoices (billing) as per contracts and SLAs
Verifying vendor bills related to transport, freight, warehousing, fuel, and manpower
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups for payments
Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and expense reconciliation
Maintaining records for logistics costs, freight charges, and operational expenses
Supporting GST compliance: invoice verification, GST returns, and reconciliation
Assisting in monthly closing of accounts and MIS reporting
Coordinating with operations team for cost validation and billing accuracy
Supporting audits (internal/external) and statutory compliance
Maintaining proper documentation and financial records
Good knowledge of accounting principles and logistics cost structures
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
Working knowledge of GST and basic compliance requirements
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
Good coordination and communication skills
