Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Handle cash, bank, and online payment transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and regular accounting reconciliations.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Record property booking, customer payment, and installment-related transactions.
Verify bills, expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Support the senior accounts team in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, legal, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and other management reports.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform any other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP software will be an advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
