Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
Manage bank transactions, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks during audits and assessments.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control measures.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims.
Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Assist in financial analysis and reporting for management review.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality of financial data.
Use accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or Excel effectively.
Follow company financial policies and internal control procedures.
