Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Assist in monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
