Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate in Accounts (Middle Level) to join our

finance/Accounts team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in TDS and GST

return filing along with a solid understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day financial

operations. Timely and accurate filing of statutory returns is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and file monthly, quarterly, and annual TDS and GST returns accurately and

within deadlines.

Prepare and maintain TDS workings, challans, and reconciliation statements.

Manage GST input credit, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, reconciliation with Purchase and

Sales and prepare the reconciliation statement as per AIS and TIS and resolve

mismatches.

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

Maintain accounting records, invoices, ledgers, and vouchers.

Support statutory audits and respond to queries related to TDS and GST.

Assist senior management in managing cash flow, vendor payments, and other financial

activities.

Ensure compliance with current tax laws and internal financial policies.

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks like data entry, bank reconciliation, and journal

entries.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Proven experience of 2–3 years specifically in TDS and GST return filings.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Excel, and any relevant GST filing portals).

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
