Accounts And Finance Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, collecting invoices from all our sites, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support external/internal audits by providing required documents.

Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense management.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Assist management with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

1–3 years of accounting experience (QSR, retail, or hospitality industry experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).
