About Us:

Black Pepper Events is a growing event services company, delivering impactful corporate experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities):

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records.

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filing (basic), and other statutory compliances.

• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Handle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.

• Manage Accounts Payable: vendor bills, payments, and reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants when required.

• Support the finance team in overall accounting and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.

• Experience in accounting (preferably in service industry).

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax (basic filing), Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

• Knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L preparation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks).

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
