Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts and GST Executive, you will manage the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for client firms. Your core responsibilities include preparing and reviewing GST returns, handling related compliances, and ensuring timely TDS deductions, payments, and return filings. You will support audit activities and prepare working papers, while also reconciling accounts, bank statements, and ledgers. Effective communication with clients regarding their queries and documentation is vital. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple clients

• Prepare and file GST returns, maintain records, and ensure compliance

• Manage TDS calculations, payments, and quarterly return filings

• Assist in audit assignments, including preparation of audit schedules and reports

• Perform account reconciliations – bank, vendor, and customer accounts

• Prepare financial statements and management reports as required

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts and compliance matters

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain documentation for all statutory filings

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
