Job Role: Accountant (E-commerce)

Location: Within 8–10 km radius (Greater Noida / Noida)

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations

Handle payment gateways (Razorpay), COD settlements (Shiprocket), and bank reconciliations

Track receivables, payables, and vendor payments

Tally all supplier payments and maintain updated ledgers on a real-time basis

Prepare GST data, invoices, and ensure compliance

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

Maintain financial records and MIS reports (Excel-based)

Coordinate with internal teams for order, return, and RTO accounting

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years (E-commerce preferred)

Good spoken English

Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)

Knowledge of GST and TDS is essential

Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Can be reconsidered for an exceptional candidate)
