Accounts And Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.

• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger postings.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets; report variances to management.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other departments for smooth financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/).

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or SAP.

• Good knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and TDS.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
