The candidate should be proficient in financial accounting, vendor management, and procurement coordination, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceMaintain books of accounts, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliationsHandle accounts payable and receivablePrepare invoices, vouchers, and expense statementsAssist in monthly and annual closing of accountsSupport statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable filingsCoordinate with auditors and consultants when requiredPurchase & Vendor ManagementHandle purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor billsCoordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelinesMaintain purchase records and vendor master dataTrack inventory-related purchases and ensure documentation accuracyEnsure cost control and compliance with internal purchase proceduresRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and purchase processesProficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar systems)Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic complianceStrong MS Excel and documentation skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks independentlyQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and purchase functionsExperience in manufacturing or operations-driven environments preferred.
