Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
· Handle accounts payable and receivable
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
· Track raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
· Monitor production expenses and overhead allocation
· Support pricing decisions based on cost analysis
· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
· Handle TDS calculations and returns
· Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory laws
· Process salary, PF, ESIC, and other statutory deductions
· Prepare MIS reports for management review
· Analysed financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
· Support management in financial planning and decision-making
