Job Description – Account Executive Position: Account Executive Department:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accounts, and supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:  Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.  Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.  Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports.  Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily transactions.  Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.  Ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).  Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for financial documentation.  Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.

Preferred Skills:  Knowledge of GST& TDS filing and taxation compliance.  Experience in financial reporting and documentation. Reporting  Reports directly to the Account Manager.  Works closely with external CAs, CSs, statutory authorities, and internal departments.  Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.  2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role.  Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel.  Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
