Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at Urban Local Body (ULB) offices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, along with strong practical knowledge of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records
Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, filing)
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
Perform day-to-day accounting entries and ledger management
Prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and government office staff
Support audits and documentation work
Eligibility Criteria
Education: M.Com + 1 year of relevant experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting, GST, and TDS
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting software
Good understanding of financial compliance
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication and coordination skills
Additional Information
Candidates must be comfortable working from Nagar Nigam / ULB offices
Immediate joiners preferred
