Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Knowledge of CRM software and client relationship management

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of Accounting & Taxation

Working knowledge of Tally Prime

Good verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn
